Saying "no" to opportunities for growth can be a difficult thing to do.

Saying "yes" to the wrong customers can cost you your business.

In this episode, Sarah welcomes Gwen Richardson to the podcast. Gwen is the Sales Director at Repurpose, a leading retail brand of sustainable disposable tableware, garbage bags and soft paper for the home. She cut her teeth in CPG with almost 10 years in the craft beer industry in Boston and the Bay Area before moving to Los Angeles and putting more focus into sustainability with her role at Repurpose.

Having held every outward facing sales position at Repurpose, from entry level sales manager to now Sales Director, Gwen’s experience growing through retail and negotiating with distributors has taught her so much. And now she wants to share those lessons with as many Founders as she can.

You’ll hear:

  • How Gwen and the Repurpose team approach growth and taking on new customers

  • The role that vision and goals plays in decision making

  • Why Gwen never makes a deal without consulting her “Goldilocks model”

  • How community plays a huge role in creating change in the food industry

Good Food CFO+ and Good Food Revolutionary members can also hear Gwen’s tips for negotiating with intention. This bonus clip will be available inside The Good Food CFO Community.

Gwen will also be joining us inside the community for a Fireside Chat on Friday, April 14th. You can hear this bonus content and join us for this event by becoming a member today.
