By purchasing a pass for the Office Hours service, you agree to and accept the following Terms and Conditions.
Passes:
All passes for the Office Hours service are non-refundable and non-transferable from one month to another month.Session Schedule:
The schedule for each meeting in a month's session is predetermined and non-transferable.Attendance:
Each Founder in attendance will receive no less than 15 minutes of dedicated 1:1 coaching each meeting. If you can not attend the full 60 minute meeting, with advanced notice we'll do our best to accommodate and provide your 1:1 coaching during the time you are able to be present. If you are unable to attend an entire meeting for any reason, you will not be able to make up that meeting. The missed meeting will not be rescheduled or refunded.Session Cancellation and Rescheduling:
In the event that Sarah has to cancel a meeting due to an emergency or illness, the meeting will be rescheduled, and you will be notified by email regarding the new meeting date and time.
